I think a lot of you have heard me talk about my friend Chandra. She truly is one of the best Moms I know and she now holds her precious new baby in her arms! I won't go into a lot of detail but I'll quote from her blog (I hope you don't mind Chandra!!)"Two years ago at this time, we were contemplating our first IVF. Last year at this time, I was newly pregnant from my second IVF. This year, after our third IVF, I get to have a baby! Modern Science and Miracles all rolled into one precious bundle of sweet baby girl."
I just have to say "Praise the Lord"!!
Her name is Makenna Brette and she weighed 6 pounds 13 ounces and was 20 inches long! She was born at 7:28am on January 3rd!
Ok so I'm almost a month late with the news. Better late than never!! Congratulations Chandra!!!

Barbara! I was so surprised to see a picture of myself when I opened your blog, and then to read what you wrote....you made me teary. Thanks for the all the prayers and support over the last two years. You've been such a great friend and continue to be! Love ya girl!
